Today's card is going into four challenges.
First the sketch, which is from Inspirational Card Sketches.
As you can tell, it is a Christmas Card, so fits into a couple of challenges that way. These are at Cute Daisy May (Red Christmas) and Whimsy Stamps (Christmas).
The colours I have used are for the Little Paper Shop challenge, which is to use Brown Red and Kraft.
This lovely Robin is named Roxi, and comes from Tinker & Co, along with the DP in the background, and the strip at the front. I don't have any Kraft paper, so tried to match that colour with that DP using my Photoshop and tweaked it until near enough. The red card is a lovely pearlescent one from my local craft shop, trimmed with decorative scissors. Roxi comes already coloured, so all I did was layer him up with foam pads.
I made the snowflake using a Shapeabilities die with some red sparkly card and some of the DP left over. I have inked the lighter edges of it in brown, and dotted some Pebeo Touch dimension paint on it too.
I have also inked the card edges in red, and used some more dots of paint in the corners. I finished off with a red brad in the centre of the snowflake, and some holly brads from Papermania. It isn't very clear, but there is a sentiment on the strip at the front that says 'Season's Greetings'. This is a red peel-off from Anita's. Sorry about the peel-off, but they do have their uses!!
