2010 Desktop Calendar

Morning all,

Hey - the sun is out! What happened to all that doom and gloom about the country's worst storm of the season so far?? Must have slept through it last night or something. Just for a change I think you all had it down South. Not like us in Scotland to miss the naff weather - we normally get most of it!!

Anyhow, this is a project I have been working on for a few days. I took a few of these to the Pampering Evening on Thursday and sold two, and two of another design I made. Very well attended it was, but not too much money spent sadly. Still, it got me out of the house for a change.

I am entering this in two challenges. Firstly at Bee Crafty. They had an inspirational photo for us. Hope this will do for that one. And at the Secret Crafters Saturday Challenge the theme is 'Four Seasons' - well I think a Calendar pretty much covers that angle too!

I made this using the new Joanna Sheen disc set of RHS Botanicals. Such a lot of beautiful images - where to start!?! The whole thing is packaged in a cd jewel case. You just take the black bit out, and turn the lid over to get it to stand up - simple!

Teri this is so fantastic, and I love the calender in a CD case idea. I have some very musical friends who this would be perfect for.
