Vintage Style Piccy In Frame

This item is going into FOUR challenges today!!

Didn't think it was ever going to be photographed though. It's been soooo dark and wet here, it's rained for over 24 hours now, the village is flooded, there is no running water (not from the pipes that is . . . LOL!!!). Some poor sod is going to loose his house as well as his works van and car. If you want to see piccies, have a look at my previous posting.

Anyway, photo was done eventually, and here I am posting it.

First challenge, the sketch at Midnight Madness. Beautiful sketch this wee girlies, and soooo many goodies on offer, you MUST get over and have a nosey!!

Next up, at Digital Tuesday Challenge, the theme is Lace and Pearls. There is a strip of two lace pieces that I put coloured ink onto to fit with the colour scheme on this, and a few pearls dotted about.

Third is Crafty Creations, where they want 3 or more designer papers. I used three from Tinker & Co's Vintage Milly set. The Milly on the swing is from their set named Shabby Milly.

Fourth is at C.R.A.F.T where they want to see anything but a card, so I decided to make a picture in a frame.

I used a box frame that's been hanging around for God knows how long, and rubbed gold wax onto it. I cut a hole in the first sheet of card for the boxed bit to sit in. I raised the small frame immediately next to the image, and put it to the front for extra dimension. Then I put the image in the boxed bit and layered it too.

Right, off to collect some rainwater to flush the loo with. . .
